About Us
The trio began their journey in 1999 in XLRI, Jamshedpur. A friendship that included being founding members of BL@X (Bike Lovers @ XLRI), to pursuing their corporate journeys across the country and world, they remained friends and sounding boards for each other.
TPC represents a natural progression from those experiences, culminating in the creation and management of a professional services firm. Arnab, Ranjeev & Sidhu (as Harjinder is popularly known) decided to mobilise their cumulative experience to partner with firms that required efficient & effective HR transformation.

Ranjeev hails from the eastern region of India and has a deep passion for travel, culinary experiences, movies, literature, and engaging with like-minded individuals. He is actively involved in initiatives aimed at fostering the social and economic development of his home state, Assam. Ranjeev can understand a client’s long-range thinking and interpret it for the organisation through the people, process, and technology lenses. At TPC, Ranjeev brings his HR-business partnering acumen to clients on HR Strategy and HR technology-related assignments.

Arnab, based in Mumbai, is an avid cricket fan, a car enthusiast, and a passionate cross-country driver who finds inspiration on the open road. Arnab often says, "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication." With a clear ambition to transform TPC into a "Big Number" within the next five years, Arnab's leadership style is a blend of pragmatism, vision, and passion for delivering impactful results. At TPC, he focuses on fostering synergies within HR practices and building meaningful partnerships with clients.

HR Process & Practice Design & Delivery
Sidhu likens his life and career journey (before The Practice Centre), to the lifecycle of a river. He was born and raised in the mountains of Himachal, then moved across the mainland, culminating in his last corporate job, by the sea at Goa. A desire to make use of his learnings over two decades, applying them in different situations & environments, for clients in different stages of HR evolution, led to consulting and The Practice Centre. Sidhu is once again, back in the mountains of Shimla and focusing on HR Process & Practice Design & Delivery at TPC…apart from long walks on winding deodar-lined roads.

Having built a strong foundation in HR, she went on to establish her own successful recruitment consultancy firm. Since the inception of The Practice Centre, Sam has been an integral part of the team, overseeing two groups of highly skilled recruiters who specialise in IT and non-IT mandates respectively. Known for her disciplined, process-driven approach, Sam has developed strong relationships with several key clients, who value her ability to deliver quick turnarounds with top-tier candidates.
