HR Transformation: Mid-sized Mining & Minerals Organisation

Performance Management: Mid-sized Building Materials Organization
⦿ Translated Organisational vision into actionable goals by facilitating a Board & Leadership workshop.
⦿ Initiated the cascading process of goal-setting & implemented a performance management framework through a new HRMS-based system for the 1200-strong workforce.
⦿ Ran the annual performance appraisal exercise for the entire organisation, rating normalisation & calibration, formulating promotion criteria and assisted the organisation in making rating and promotion decisions, acting as HR Business Partners.

Organisational Restructuring: Industrial Equipment Supply & Services
⦿ The mandate was to create a new Organisational set-up by merging & restructuring two partnership firms into a new Company.
⦿ We designed a new uniform compensation structure at zero additional cost while complying with statutory requirements and industry norms.
⦿ We also created an organisational hierarchy in line with different functions and authority structures.
⦿ We created HR policies and managed the communication & change process.

Compensation Planning: Tech. Services Organisation
⦿ The project entailed distribution of the merit increase budget in the most optimum manner to reward performance and address issues of internal & market parity and attrition.
⦿ We created guidelines around merit increase ranges based on grade, performance rating, and comp-ratio analysis of employee data and hot skills and job complexity.
⦿ We developed multiple simulations to assist the leadership in decision-making.
⦿ We assisted the CHRO in presenting the above to the leadership, seeking feedback, and incorporating changes.
⦿ Finally, we proposed the merit increase by employee and collated the final inputs.

Training Workshops: Talent Assessment Products Div. of a Global Consulting Firm
⦿ The client designs cloud-based platforms for online talent assessments for corporates & educational institutions.
⦿ We designed and facilitated customised practical workshops to develop/hone communication skills, presentation skills, and advanced communication & stakeholder management skills for customer-facing employees.
⦿ We received an average score of 4.6 out of 5 from the participants on meeting their expectations and applicability of learnings to their jobs.

Job Evaluation & Grading: Electronics Manufacturing Organisation
⦿ Project entailed rationalisation of the Client Organisation’s grading structure and designations.
⦿ This involved evaluation of each job based on size and complexity of role for appropriate placement in the organisational hierarchy.
⦿ The job evaluation output also served as an input for compensation benchmarking and planning for each position.
⦿ In addition to this, we created performance rating linked merit increase guidelines as well as advised on compensation corrections based on parity, potential & market.
